Welcome to Orchard Trailers! Since our founding in 1987, Orchard Trailers has based our philosophy on the principle that the relationship between owner and horse is unique. From day one, this business has been established and grown by people who themselves own horses and have committed themselves to promoting the best practices of horse ownership.
There are few decisions that carry more weight than the manner by which a beloved horse is to travel. We understand that our customers come to us in search of a safe, practical, and affordable horse trailer. Therefore, trust is the most critical aspect of the dealer-customer relationship. It may be a common thing to say, but it is nonetheless true -- we will not sell a trailer that is not in the best interests of the customer and horse.
This philosophy and the values we bring to each interaction with our customers is what led Orchard Trailers to become the leading horse trailer dealer in New England within three years of our founding. However, the strongest testament to our success is the unmatched loyalty we have among our customers. Because we have been consistent in how we treat everyone who walks through our door, we have managed to build an enormous customer base composed of people who have come back to us four or five or even six times over the years. We know that it is not just the quality of the horse trailers we sell that keeps them coming back to us; it is the manner in which we conduct our business.
Our commitment to you does not end once you walk out the door. Our highly experienced technicians and specialized horse-trailer service area ensures that your trailer will be maintained and repaired to the highest standards. It would mean very little to us if we were to sell the best trailers on the market at the fairest prices, but could not provide a service department with the tools that are unique to horse trailers and the experienced technicians to put them to their best use. This is not only an issue of service to the consumer, but an issue of safety, as a maintained trailer is far less likely to suffer mechanical failure. It also, as much as any other aspect of Orchard Trailers, sets us apart from our competition. Only a handful of other dealers in the region have a service department, and among them ours is hands-down the best equipped and most experienced.
Based on this experience, in 2005 we branched out into the camper industry. We initially offered two lines that our customers would enjoy and could feel comfortable in at shows or on vacation with the family. It has been so well received that we have added more lines and manufacturers to our showroom. Today, you can choose from popup tent campers right up to fifth wheel luxury models, and still enjoy the same peace of mind that our horse trailer clientele does! At Orchard Trailers, we believe in customer service first and foremost. You won't find high pressure, confusing, heavy handed sales tactics here. Instead, we treat everyone the way we want to be treated: fairly and honestly.
